What You'll Do.

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in Canada and the United States

overseeing both large-scale web design and development projects and ongoing evolution and support mandates with public and private sector clients

Develop and grow client accounts by identifying and cultivating key relationships and growth opportunities in line with the agency’s services

Ensure timely and successful project delivery in alignment with customer needs and objectives

Develop and approve briefs for projects

providing guidance and direction to project teams

Lead and participate in client presentations and other activities to enhance agency-client relationships

Lead contract negotiations with new clients and manage contract renewals

Provide clear and concise updates to clients and agency leadership

Forecast and track key account metrics
