Proactively expand client relationships whilst identifying and pursuing growth opportunities that advance your clients objectives. Drive the strategic direction of major creative campaigns, making informed decisions that balance client satisfaction, team wellbeing, and commercial performance. Be accountable for the revenue, margin and forecasting of client accounts within the business, maintaining accurate commercial data and documentation. Lead, line-manage, motivate and inspire your team Identify up-sell opportunities and craft proposals that generate growth for the business Champion innovative thinking within the account, creating space for differentiated ideas and supporting commercially viable pilot initiatives Manage deliverables from across the business (content, technology, media, data) to ensure integrated creative execution. Ensure delivery of work is to the highest possible standard Contribute to our creative process by sharing your ideas and experience WHAT YOU BRING Extensive, professional experience in roles involving account management and client servicing within a creative agency environment. Extensive experience in digital marketing you are open, communicative and see the big picture Are characterised by a structured, analytical and independent way of working Confident and experienced in managing complex campaigns Confident with both brand and conversion/direct-response campaigns Experience leading, motivating and coaching team members Impeccable client relationship management skills Brilliant written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills Advanced problem-solving skills Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail Proficient in work
