proven success in solution-based selling, Disciplined in the use of CRM tool for forecasting and sales activity tracking, articulate with a demonstrated consultative capability, Organized, Competitive personality, Thorough understanding of the sales process, Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, Critical listener with effective questioning, Self-starter that does not need constant supervision to be effective, Able to manage high activity level, authorized to work for any employer in the U. S.
Nice to Have
understanding of the data center, real estate, cloud and telecommunications industries, preferably in the technology sector, Data Center Infrastructure, Power Infrastructure, Telco Connectivity, Cloud / HyperScaler connectivity

Proactively Identify new opportunities within existing customer base
Successfully prospect new opportunities
Maintain existing revenue and reduce churn
Navigate aggressive targets to grow company value while acting as a customer advocate
Exhibit diplomacy in building revenue streams that are mutually profitable for the company and solve the customer needs
Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape
market pricing and strategy
