Full Job Description
Role The 1000heads APAC team are looking for a talented Account Director to join our team. An AD at 1000heads is typically the business owner for at least one major account. An AD will be responsible for the development and quality control of the accounts they work on. Ultimately, the AD will own the client relationship and lead the creation and delivery of our work, ensuring strategic accuracy and creative quality. You will take ownership of client accounts, executing the strategy, and working with your direct reports to plan the delivery of social media campaigns. You will be the POC for senior clients, face of new business pitches and an advocate for the clients and brands you work with. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some major brands such as Cisco, Gitlab, Isuzu, UNIQLO and more. With this role we are looking for someone with experience with B2B, and ideally some experience of working with brands in the technology space. The 1000heads team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessives, who are experts managing client relationships. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Creative, Insights, to Design, and Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic vision Working with senior clients and senior personnel at 1000heads, the AD will ensure that the account has a clear path forward. This will involve developing a deep understanding of our client’s business strategy and processes, working with clients to identify what their overall strategy for social communications is and where it fits into their wider organisation. They will proactively work to constantly push clients forward and delight them with new and original thinking.
