5+ years of active Sales experience, Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership teams, 2+ years of People Management experience, Key stakeholder relationship building ability, Understanding of Syngenta products and Go-To-Market strategy, Ability to influence others with strategic vision and confidence

What You'll Do.

Securing new points of sale

Developing points of sale into trusted advisors

Working with Seed Sales Representatives

Developing and implementing best practices

Bringing consistency to onboarding process

Supporting training efforts of new dealers

Setting appropriate recruiting targets

Achieving annual recruiting and retention targets

Ensuring proper contract management

Building and executing Seed Advisor onboarding process
