Developing points of sale into trusted advisors
Working with Seed Sales Representatives
Developing and implementing best practices
Bringing consistency to onboarding process
Supporting training efforts of new dealers
Setting appropriate recruiting targets
Achieving annual recruiting and retention targets
Ensuring proper contract management
Building and executing Seed Advisor onboarding process
