Our Private Wealth Management (PWM) Summit is one of our flagship global brands - an exclusive, invitation-only forum where private investors (Single and Multi-Family Offices) meet to stress-test investment mandates. We are seeking finance-minded graduates to join our Private Markets Strategic Partnerships team. This is a high-impact, junior role designed for those looking to build a career at the intersection of Finance and Strategic Marketing. You will not be "selling"; instead, you will be the engine of our market intelligence, identifying and profiling the specific Family Offices and Senior Investment Executives who invest in the private markets. This is a junior position, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This is an in-person role located in our Rabat office, supporting our US market. Key Responsibilities * Family Office Profiling: Conduct deep-dive research into the North American private wealth landscape to identify Principals and Chief Investment Officers at Single and Multi-Family Offices (SFO/MFO). * Investment Mandate Mapping: Analyze summit themes (e.g., Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, and Digital Assets) to identify the investors actively looking for these allocations. * Hyper-Personalized Outreach: Design and execute sophisticated, data-driven outreach campaigns (Direct Mail & LinkedIn) that speak the language of C-suite investment professionals. * Lead Generation Strategy: Work directly with the North American Delegate Sales team to build high-prestige prospect pipelines, ensuring our summits maintain their "elite-only" status. * CRM Intelligence: Master HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build data for the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) community.
