What You'll Do.
Ensure customers receive prompt
Maintain a professional appearance

Resolve customer complaints
Advise Management of serious complaints or incidences
Respond to customer inquiries relating to vehicles and
Verify vehicle information is accurately recorded and numbered
Schedule sale for accounts
Assist in preparation of titles
Assist in preparation of contracts
Assist in preparation of bill of sale
Assist in preparation of pre-sale reports
Assist in preparation of post-sale reports
Assist in preparation of post reconditioning charges
Communicate with Mechanical Services Shop for vehicle repairs
Communicate with Body Shop for vehicle repairs
Communicate with Detail Shop for vehicle repairs
Post charges to vehicle account
Enter condition reports into AMS
Review condition report/vehicle for repairs/problems
Set work orders in V-Trace for Mechanical Shop
Set work orders in V-Trace for Body Shop
Call in orders for Windshield
Call in orders for Dent Demon
Call in orders for other outside vendors
Verify correct repair charges are submitted
Review customer agreements
Monitor customer agreements
Ensure compliance with customer agreements
Review contractor agreements
Monitor contractor agreements
Ensure compliance with contractor agreements
Review supplier agreements
Monitor supplier agreements
Ensure compliance with supplier agreements
Set the order of the sale
Ensure accurate preparation of contracts
Print stickers for sale
Represent vehicles on the block
Attend block with sales representative
Communicate with customer for failed post sale inspections
Communicate with customer for arbitration
Process paperwork following the sale
Process checks following the sale
Provide necessary paperwork to customers
Schedule vehicles for pick up location
Assist in scheduling vehicles online for review
Assist in preparation of post-sale information to managers
Assist in preparation of post-sale information to customers
Assist in maintaining vehicle inventory
Maintain vehicle inventory for vehicle aging
Maintain vehicle inventory for first-in first-out process
Maintain knowledge of DMV laws pertaining to titles
Maintain knowledge of DMV regulations pertaining to titles
Perform other duties as assigned
