What You'll Do.
Assist in obtaining required information for vehicle sales
Complete necessary paperwork for vehicle sales
Perform administrative and clerical duties for departments
and courteous customer attention
Maintain a professional appearance and orderly work environment
Resolve customer complaints in a friendly
Advise Management of serious complaints or incidences
Respond to customer inquiries relating to vehicles and
Verify vehicle information is accurately recorded and numbered
Schedule sale for accounts after reconditioning and paperwork
Assist in preparation of titles
Communicate with Mechanical Services Shop for vehicle repairs
Communicate with Body Shop for vehicle repairs
Communicate with Detail Shop for vehicle repairs
Post repair charges to vehicle account
Enter condition reports into AMS
Review condition report/vehicle for repairs/problems
Set work orders in V-Trace for Mechanical Shop
Set work orders in V-Trace for Body Shop
Call in orders for Windshield vendors
Call in orders for Dent Demon vendors
Call in orders for other outside vendors
Verify correct repair charges are submitted
Monitor compliance with contractual agreements
Set the order of the sale
Ensure accurate preparation of contracts
Print stickers for sale per OHA guidelines
Represent vehicles on the block
Attend block with sales representative
Communicate with customer for failed post sale inspections
Communicate with customer for arbitration
Process paperwork and checks following the sale
Provide necessary paperwork to customers
Schedule vehicles for pick up location
Assist in scheduling vehicles online for review
Assist in processing post-sale information
Assist in maintaining vehicle inventory
Maintain knowledge of DMV laws and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned

Role and Team Reporting to the designated manager, the Account Admin assists in obtaining required information and helps with the completion of necessary paperwork for sale of vehicles and assists with and performs various administrative and clerical duties relating to the sale for one or more of the following departments: Consignment, Factory, Fleet/Lease or Commercial Account in accordance with corporate guidelines to ensure maximum dollar sales volume in the most profitable way possible. Responsibilities Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention. Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition. Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner and advise Management of all serious complaints or incidences.
