The Accessibility Tester plays a key role in ensuring that digital products are inclusive, intuitive, and of high quality. Embedded throughout the product lifecycle, this role supports the delivery of user‑centred and compliant digital solutions by identifying accessibility and usability considerations early and promoting a quality‑first approach across product lines. In this role, the Accessibility Tester conducts accessibility testing in accordance with WCAG standards and performs UX evaluations, including heuristic reviews, user journey analysis, and usability assessments. The incumbent contributes to test planning, validates accessibility and usability requirements prior to release, and collaborates closely with product and delivery teams to identify issues and recommend improvements. Testing activities, defects, and outcomes are documented and tracked using tools such as Azure DevOps, supporting continuous improvement of accessibility, usability, and overall product quality.
