Como **Access & Value Lead**, reportarás directamente al Gerente General y liderarás el diseño e implementación de estrategias integrales para asegurar el acceso sostenible y oportuno a nuestras soluciones innovadoras en el sistema de salud ecuatoriano. Dirigirás un equipo multidisciplinario enfocado en generar propuestas de valor diferenciadas con un alto impacto clínico, económico y social. ● Estrategia de acceso: Diseñar y liderar la estrategia integral de acceso (precios, reembolso, HTA,acuerdos innovadores), alineada con los objetivos del negocio y las prioridades de salud pública. ● Liderazgo de equipo: Guiar, desarrollar y empoderar al equipo de acceso, asegurando una cultura de altodesempeño, colaboración transversal e innovación constante. ● Gestión del entorno institucional: Construir relaciones estratégicas con entidades regulatorias, aseguradoras públicas y privadas, organismos multilaterales, asociaciones de pacientes y otros actores clave. ● Valor y evidencia: Trabajar en conjunto con Medical y otras áreas para generar evidencia local relevante (real world evidence, PROs, análisis farmacoeconómicos) que sustente las decisiones de acceso. ● Participación en políticas públicas: Representar a Roche en espacios de diálogo regulatorio, técnico ypolítico, e influir en la construcción de políticas sanitarias basadas en valor. ● Desarrollo de soluciones sostenibles: Impulsar modelos de acceso innovadores como esquemas de riesgo
