Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health intake, Minimum 2 years' experience in triage, Minimum 2 years' experience in risk assessment with young people
Nice to Have
Tertiary qualifications in Counselling, Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Tertiary qualifications in Mental Health Nursing, Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Registration with relevant governing body, Experience providing Single Session Therapy, Experience with mental health presentations, Experience with adolescent development, Familiarity with youth mental health services, Familiarity with referral pathways, Experience engaging young people, Experience engaging families, Experience engaging carers

Complete screening and intake assessments via phone
Complete screening and intake assessments in person
Complete HEADSS Assessments
Complete Mental State Examinations
Complete Risk Assessments
Triage intakes according to needs
Triage intakes according to service scope
Make recommendations on service pathway
Make recommendations on external referrals
Advocate for young people when liaising with families
Advocate for young people when liaising with schools
Advocate for young people when liaising with employers
Advocate for young people when liaising with other
Respond to young people who present in person
Provide Single Session Therapy as indicated
Maintain accurate records within electronic systems
Maintain timely records within electronic systems
Maintain accurate records within headspace minimum data set
Maintain timely records within headspace minimum data set
