Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field, Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Spanish and English, Analytical skills, including P&L analysis and financial forecasting, Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business relationships at all levels, Solid project management capabilities, including organization, planning, and follow-up

We work with the biggest names in tech, e-commerce and financial services to leverage Mastercard’s technological capabilities to solve real-world problems for our partners and their customers, create new product propositions, and ensure seamless, secure and inclusive payments. As a Manager, Business Development, you will help grow the acquiring business while executing on Mastercard’s strategic product roadmap, build strong partnerships and drive business with key Acquirers, to increase card acceptance and usage in our markets, taking responsibility for business development and deployment of strategically important initiatives. We are looking for a self-motivated, structured problem solver with a strategic mindset and an ability to form strong relationships internally as well as externally.
