This role offers the chance to influence critical outcomes, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and grow your leadership capability within a challenging and rewarding environment. You will take ownership of planning and executing acceptance strategies, working closely with commissioning teams and wider programme stakeholders. Your focus will be on ensuring a clear, structured, and compliant route to acceptance and operational readiness across all aspects of delivery. In this role, you will drive readiness planning, solve complex challenges, and ensure alignment across all Defence Lines of Development (DLoD). From early design through to construction and handover, you will embed acceptance requirements into every stage of the programme to support a smooth and efficient transition into service. Initially, you will work independently to develop the acceptance strategy during design and tender phases.
