Must Have
Seasoned at conducting research directly informing digital development work and iteration cycles., Proficiency in various research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and field observations., ability to analyze and synthesize complex data into actionable insights., Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers., Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting research findings and collaborating with stakeholders., Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e. g. , Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or similar)., Familiarity with tools like Adobe, FigJam, and other research and design tools., Fluent in developing visually compelling artifacts( journey maps, personas, etc. ).

What You'll Do.
Conduct foundational research to understand user behaviors
Utilize methods such as surveys
and field observations to gather qualitative and quantitative user experience data.
Identify and recruit appropriate participants for research studies.

Combine findings from multiple sources into comprehensive reports and presentations.
Create detailed personas to represent different user types.
Develop journey maps to illustrate the user experience.
Create use cases/user scenarios.
Contribute research insights during ideation sessions.
Conduct testing and validation.
Stay updated on the latest user research techniques and tools.
Apply new knowledge and tools to enhance research quality and effectiveness.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with senior researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate research findings into product strategies and designs.; Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders throughout the research process.; Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers.
