This position combines academic program administration with marketing, branding, and digital engagement responsibilities. The role manages daily operations, coordinates events and workshops, and drives the UCC’s marketing presence across LinkedIn, partner organizations (ASUG, SAPNAAC, SAP), and the UCC website. The coordinator ensures effective communication, brand consistency, and strong engagement with faculty, students, customers, and SAP ecosystem partners. ## **Key Job Responsibilities:** * Identifies program, needs, contributes to the development of unit workflows, schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, events, and interviews * Coordinates program components and evaluates program effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvement * May supervise the day to day activities of one or more academic programs and resolves issues exercising discretion to meet unit goals. * Utilizes independent judgement regarding development, implementation, promotion, and evaluation for one or more academic programs, initiatives, or events **Duties & Responsibilities – Program Administration & Operations** * Prepare and transmit invoices to customers. * Process payments and perform dunning for late payments. * Manage customer contracting processes. * Respond to administrative requests from the director and UCC staff. * Assist in planning and executing faculty workshops and conferences. * Organize SAP UCC events, including cat
