Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher, Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Higher Education or VET environment, preferably within academic administration, business intelligence, or planning, Demonstrated understanding of TEQSA, ASQA, and ESOS compliance requirements, Experience supporting data-driven decision-making and business process improvement projects, organisational, communication, and teamwork skills with attention to detail and service quality, Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new systems, tools, and processes, Experience supporting projects, administration, or process improvement activities, Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements, Comfortable working with data, technology, and digital platforms to support efficient workflows

This role involves supporting academic and business planning, data analytics and intelligence initiatives that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement across the student lifecycle. Working collaboratively with academic leaders, faculty teams, and key stakeholders, the Academic Planning Coordinator ensures that academic planning, quality, and governance activities are underpinned by accurate data, sound analysis, and best practice processes that promote student success and institutional excellence. **Principle accountabilities (but not limited to):** * Support business planning and intelligence systems that will provide insights that help the decision-making processes across faculty-wide academic administration operations, programs and services including the development & monitoring of data quality metrics * Support the Academic Planning Manager in the production of Business Intelligence reports and analysis of data and recommendation
