Maintain communication tools

Maintain theses archive
Record advisor assignments
Maintain enrollment lists
Maintain student records
Assist faculty with COI documentation
Collate academic dossiers
Collate ATP documents
Initiate department purchases
Reconcile department purchases
Initiate reimbursements
Reconcile reimbursements
Initiate expense reports
Reconcile expense reports
Coordinate application flow
Coordinate candidate visits
Coordinate instructional hiring reimbursements
Maintain familiarity with policies
Perform other duties as assigned
