What You'll Do.
Support administrative and coordination functions
Coordinate course collection
timetabling and scheduling
Maintain accurate and up-to-date course outlines
Support instructor and course evaluation
Assist with program reviews and accreditation
Provide enrolment projections to assist decision-making
Administer program and course change process
Liaise with individuals/departments involved in program matters
Oversee and advise on Articulation and collaborative Agreements
Prepare and distribute internal communications and program updates
Coordinate teaching budgets
Oversee TA and Instructor contractor entry
Support recruitment processes
Support digital content management
Input department annual budget data into financial systems
Monitor program and department budgets
Support and facilitate student enrollment processes
Assist with admissions
internship applications
and tracking milestones
Support academic integrity workflows
