What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BA of BSc level education, 5 years of work experience, Fluent English
Nice to Have
Knowledge of computing software and networking, Familiarity with higher education vertical, Experience in administering learning management systems (LMS), Ability to credibly discuss education services courses, content, and lab offerings with faculty of learning institutions, Analytical skills with the ability to take program data and make well-reasoned decisions based on results and trends, Industry certifications a plus e. g. , Juniper, CISCO, HP, Palo Alto, or similar, Thought leader in higher education vertical a plus, Fluent Spanish is a plus
What You'll Do.
Growing and managing the day-to-day operations of the HPE Academic Alliance in Puerto Rico and Americas region
Assessing the current technical skills gap in the market and creating plans for new workforce aware and trained/certified in Juniper
Developing and delivering scalable client engagement plans for new and existing members
Building relationships with universities and their students in the region
Creating program updates and metrics communication slides for regular business reviews with stakeholders
Exploring ways to optimize the engagement experience with a good understanding of the existing technical stack and future needs
Becoming the trusted advisor to member universities to foster premium relationships
Identifying and implementing actionable initiatives and associated success metrics
Coordinating development of regular communications
and promoting new course offerings and delivery mechanisms in support of program goals
Proactively championing program improvements and streamlining supporting systems and processes
Improving employment potential of students taking part in training and certification
Making students aware of talent pools through work with HPE HR
customers and partners
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working as a core team member with other stakeholders to coordinate resources and approaches; Collaborating proactively with Juniper education services teams, higher education sales teams, Juniper Research Center, and HR partners to coordinate efforts and promote broader program objectives; Working with sales, HR, engineering, and other organizations internally as well as with Juniper partners and customers; Working with HPE HR, customers and partners to make them aware of talent pools

Excellent project management skills, Ability to work cross-functionally, Organizational skills – ability to break up large projects into achievable milestones and deliver on final objectives, Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments, and prepare clear responses/narrative
