Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to education and/or student services, two (2) years of related work or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, Knowledge of student services, Knowledge of intrusive advising, Knowledge of one-stop enrollment, Skill in organizing, Skill in time management, Skill in prioritizing, Skill in working with Microsoft Office and Windows based applications, Skill in using a student information system, Skill in developing presentations, Skill in delivering presentations, Ability to provide accurate and sound academic and career advice, Ability to be flexible, Ability to be creative in problem solving, Ability to maintain confidentiality, Ability to use sound judgement, Ability to collaborate with others, Ability to apply initiative, Ability to work independently, Ability to work with others, Ability to provide sound advice, Ability to be discrete, Ability to be self-motivated
