He is responsible for managing the relevant processes, procedures, and tools of the proposal phase for the entire portfolio, as well as the necessary third-party solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the Pre-Sales Direct unit for DACH * Responsibility for the cost-effective preparation of proposals for the entire Mitel portfolio * Ensure optimized resource allocation in the proposal process to support sales in achieving business goals for order intake, revenue, and costs using the global pre-sales environment * Point of contact for escalations and prioritization of proposal projects at the management level * Responsibility for the process-compliant handling of proposals with a focus on technical architecture and solutions * Development of budget plans; ensuring agreed-upon goals and functionalities through continuous target-actual comparisons and, if necessary, initiating appropriate measures * Providing technical and disciplinary leadership and motivating directly assigned managers and employees * Managing the assigned workforce and associated skills **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s
