Coordinate CCTV and elevator systems during emergencies
Control entry/exit of goods and personnel
Supervise contractors and external personnel
Review incident reports and unsafe working conditions
Ensure security guard performance aligns with contracts
Evaluate safety department and security guard performance
Assist with fire fighting duties
Monitor changes in fire fighting laws
Plan fire fighting safety
Ensure fire fighting safety and orderliness
