4+ years in a GTM, demand generation, ABM, or growth marketing role with measurable pipeline impact, Proven experience running account-based marketing programs, not just awareness campaigns, but plays that generate meetings., Hands-on experience building personalization at scale using AI tools, dynamic copy frameworks, and segmentation logic., copywriting instincts, you can write a cold email that gets a reply and a LinkedIn message that doesn't feel like spam., Experience with multi-channel outbound (email, LinkedIn, video, direct mail) and the judgment to know which channel fits which play., Comfort with data, you can work from a spreadsheet, identify patterns, and translate account attributes into messaging strategy

ABOUT THE ROLE Togal.AI http://Togal.AI already has a strong technical GTM foundation. Now we're building the other half of the equation: a creative, campaign campaign manager who understands ABM, omni channel marketing, and interested in leveraging new tools to better scale and enable Enterprise sales. This role is the bridge between our data infrastructure and the market. You will own account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, design personalization systems at scale, and lead the creative execution of multi-channel campaigns targeting construction industry decision-makers, primarily estimators, VPs of Pre-Construction, and Operations leads at General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Developers.
