MeBe is seeking a Scheduler to join our rapidly growing learning center team! Under the supervision of the Scheduling Manager and with collaboration with other off-site operations teams, this critical role provides the operational and administrative support to our learning centers. This is a remote role, but candidates must be located in Mountain Standard Time, preferably in Arizona. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Oversee scheduling processes of your assigned region(s) - Manage schedules for all MeBe’s clients and services including but not limited to ongoing scheduled services, assessments, makeups, cancellations, sub-sessions etc. - Maximize client authorizations, alongside optimizing providers' open availability to maintain efficient usage of both clients’ authorizations and providers' availability. - Complete morning cancellation process by taking call outs and sched
