We're revolutionizing Applied Behavior Analysis clinics by helping providers grow their businesses while delivering top-tier patient care. About the Role You’ll be at the forefront of empowering our providers to run thriving, high-quality practices. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and operator, helping providers navigate everything from clinical operations to revenue optimization. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with our leadership team, drive strategic initiatives, and bring operational clarity to fast-growing ABA and mental health practices. If you’re energized by problem-solving, relationship-building, and helping small businesses succeed, this is the role for you. Ideal Qualifications - 3-5+ years of experience leading an Applied Behavior Analysis practice supporting providers across various states. - Strong ability to analyze financial statements, identify key business drivers, and advise on strategies to improve profitability and growth. - Proven ability to develop growth strategies, create actionable roadmaps, and solve complex operational challenges. - A track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets (e.g., growth rates, retention goals, NPS). - Strong understanding of ABA healthcare operations, including clinical operations, compliance, revenue cycle management, payer landscapes, and clinical staffing models.
