Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience), Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or ABA services, Familiarity with ABA roles such as RBTs, BCBAs, and BCaBAs, interviewing and candidate assessment skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously, Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices, organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Opening: ABA Recruiter** **Location:** Remote (South Africa) - Working US Hours (9 am - 5 pm EST) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** Paid in South African Rand (ZAR) ### Key Responsibilities * Manage full-cycle recruitment for ABA therapists, BCBAs, and support staff * Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach * Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit * Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers * Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines * Build and maintain relationships with universities, training programs, and professional networks * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process * Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities * Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress and trends * Support onboarding processes as needed **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or ABA services * Familiarity with ABA roles such as RBTs, BCBAs, and BCaBAs * Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously * Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools * Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Benefits** 1.
