**Job Opening: ABA Recruiter** **Location:** Remote (South Africa) - Working US Hours (9 am - 5 pm EST) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** Paid in South African Rand (ZAR) ### Key Responsibilities * Manage full-cycle recruitment for ABA therapists, BCBAs, and support staff * Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach * Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit * Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers * Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines * Build and maintain relationships with universities, training programs, and professional networks * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process * Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities * Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress and trends * Support onboarding processes as needed **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or ABA services * Familiarity with ABA roles such as RBTs, BCBAs, and BCaBAs * Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously * Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools * Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Benefits** 1.
