Must Have
Master's Degree required, BCBA Certification required, Valid state licensing required, BLS Certification required, On-site 8:30am-5:30pm M-F, Reliable transportation, Valid driver's license, Federal background check
Nice to Have
Experience with Epic EHR, Experience with Cerner EHR
What You'll Do.
Develop individualized treatment plans
Communicate goals/progress with team
Meet weekly billable hour requirement
Conduct and score initial cases
Administer standardized outcomes measures
Train and supervise clients
Provide supervision for BCBACaBA candidates
Develop parent training goals
Lead parent training meetings
Collaborate with Therapists
Provide direct ABA therapy
Maintain client confidentiality
Communicate with families and teams

Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success. Job Summary: Our BCBAs provide leadership and organizational management in client programming, behavior interventions, staff development, classroom management, and parent training.
