Eligibility Requirements

Work primarily on the Orleans base, Occasional travel to other Ministry of Defense entities in France, Exceptional travel to secure A400M deployment sites, Short-duration business trips (1-2 times/month) in France and Spain, On-call duty, Shift work, Requires security clearance or eligibility for clearance, Work on an Air Base within a military environment close to operations

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least 5 years of professional experience in aeronautical support on A400M or A380 (MAP /FAL /Flight test /others…), Proactivity and tenacity for problem solving, Analytical and synthesis skills, Negotiation skills, client respect, Understanding of client needs, Ability to work in a tense and high-pressure environment, French (negotiation), English (advanced)

Nice to Have

Spanish (would be a bonus)

What You'll Do.

Provide local technical expertise and advice to the customer (Armée de l’Air et de l’Espace) in A400M technical and operational support

Perform troubleshooting to meet contractual requirements

Act as the interface between the customer and the technical ADS AOG center (C. C. C) for all technical questions

Coordinate between the local team and other responsible entities

Act as 'Technical Rater' for the Orleans site (EC)

Manage technical aspects of hardware-related issues

Support the customer in troubleshooting and technical knowledge of A400M

Forward customer technical questions to the central AMTAC support and ensure their proper management

Ensure technical questions are addressed properly and without deviation

Provide necessary feedback to central entities to improve A400M maturity

Participate in CSR meetings of other Nations

Act as Technical Rater for Export Control at the site

Manage specific subjects and projects

Manage technical aspects of hardware-related issues

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Act as the central coordinating link between the local team and other responsible entities; Maintain healthy and efficient communication with AMTAC; Participate actively in CSR meetings of other Nations
