What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or comparable, EASA/DEMAR PART 66 CAT B1 license with type ratings is a prerequisite, Extensive experience in civil aircraft maintenance and/or A400M program is a prerequisite, Fluent German and good English skills
Nice to Have
Several years of experience as EASA/DEMAR PART 145 CAT B1 is an advantage, Willingness and experience working in confined spaces and at high altitudes
What You'll Do.
Carrying out maintenance and repair work on military aircraft in accordance with valid maintenance documentation
Carrying out installation and retrofitting work as well as modifications and the associated record-keeping
Evaluation of defects on the aircraft regarding flight safety (e.g.
DEMAR PART M) and their rectification
Evaluation of non-executed work including deferral or coordination with CAMO (e.g.
Overview/monitoring regarding compliance with quality standards and air traffic regulations on the aircraft
Working as support personnel in Base Maintenance and as authorized personnel in Line Maintenance
Carrying out air traffic legal acceptances and the associated record-keeping (e.g.
Participating in the handover/handback of aircraft
Creating declarations of conformity (e.g.
Making independent and binding decisions based on valid regulations
Supporting A400M customers (national and international) with planned and unplanned maintenance measures as well as retrofits
