Must Have
3-5+ years of experience, understanding of payroll accounting, understanding of general ledger principles, Experience working with JDE Edwards, Experience working with BlackLine, Experience working with similar ERP, Experience working with reconciliation tools, Solid knowledge of US GAAP, analytical mindset, high attention to detail, high attention to accuracy, Ability to investigate reconciling items, Ability to resolve reconciling items independently, Experience with month-end close processes, balance sheet ownership, Very good command of English
Nice to Have
SOX experience is a plus, internal control frameworks experience is a plus

Prepare payroll-related journal entries
Review payroll-related journal entries
Post payroll-related journal entries
Manage payroll-related accounting transactions
Control payroll-related accounting transactions
Perform reconciliation of payroll-related balance sheet accounts
Analyze account balances
Investigate reconciling items
Drive timely resolution of discrepancies
Provide explanations of movements
Provide explanations of variances
Execute month-end close activities
Execute quarter-end close activities
Execute year-end close activities
Support regional reporting requirements
Support global reporting requirements
Ensure compliance with US GAAP
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
Execute operational controls
Support internal audits
Support external audits
Collaborate with Payroll
Collaborate with Controllership
Act as subject-matter contact
Drive issue resolution
Identify opportunities to improve processes
Identify opportunities to improve reconciliation quality
