Project Manager experience leading projects with 10+ members, Experience proposing and leading projects of 50 million JPY scale, Experience in planning, master schedule, progress, cost, problem, quality, change management based on PMBOK, Accountability, Active Learning, Active Listening, Bias, Business Growth, Change Management, Client Expectations Management, Coaching, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Cross-Functional Teamwork, Customer Centric Solutions, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Design Thinking, Empathy, Follow-Through, Growth Mindset, Long Term Planning, Managing Ambiguity, Process Improvements, Project Management Office (PMO)

Experience leading architecture design from customer requirements, Experience proposing and technically leading systemization by understanding customer IT/business issues, Experience leading account teams considering customer's overall business, Experience in complex negotiations with customers and coordination with internal stakeholders, Experience leading and mentoring team members and partners, Experience creating and presenting reports on delivery content and technical knowledge, English proficiency, Project Management Tools
