Experience leading architecture design from customer requirements, Experience proposing systemization and technical lead by understanding customer IT/business issues, Experience leading account teams considering customer's overall business, Experience in complex negotiations with customers and coordination with internal stakeholders, Experience in guiding team members and partners, and developing successors, Experience in creating and presenting reports on delivery content and technical knowledge, English proficiency
