High school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of relevant experience, Active, current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification with no prior FAA violations, Must pass, written, oral and practical assessments, Must have reliable transportation to and from work locations, Advanced experience in repairing, maintaining and/or troubleshooting aircraft airframes and engines, Ability to understand and interpret moderately complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications

Associate's degree in Aviation Maintenance or related field, Leadership and management experience, In-depth knowledge of specific aircraft models, FAA repair station and/or Quality Assurance experience, Able to travel on a regular basis and/or work different shifts including overtime and weekends, Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (FAR/DFARS), Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense, or US Military

As an A&P Mechanic IV, you will supervise maintenance crews and oversee major overhauls and inspections. You will ensure regulatory compliance and conduct training sessions for junior mechanics.
