The work you do here directly contributes to Europe’s technological independence. ## What you'll do Build the foundation for Hypersonica’s Quality Organization and Process. Defining and developing standards and tools for implementation. Develop and own the quality management system, enabling rapid iteration and progress while securing highest quality standards and customer satisfaction. Own xFMEA processes in product design and industrialization and drive execution across all relevant engineering functions. Own control plans and ensure practical integration with the manufacturing- and production engineering teams. Define quality labs based on production requirements and lead quality operations. Support product development taking a “Design for Quality” perspective, ensuring an embedded quality consideration from early phases. Define traceability requirements throughout the supply- and production valuechain and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement traceability measures.
