The work you do here directly contributes to Europe’s technological independence. ## What you'll do Own and deliver assembly and joining processes such as fastening, riveting, adhesive dispense and welding. Commission and validate assembly processes, ramp-up automated manufacturing equipment Specify, design and source manufacturing equipment for assembling parts and components, incl. process supervision and fault detection. Generate manufacturing instructions and other documentation. Operate as a manufacturing allrounder, bridging detailed process design with factory‑level thinking to ensure coherent design and seamless integration into the manufacturing system at exceptional industrialization speed. Closely collaborate with our product engineering teams to ensure early manufacturing readiness of designs and processes. Jointly define specifications, requirements and critical aspects of the components and assemblies.
