Must Have

At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership., Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

Nice to Have

Experience performing systems engineering activities in full systems engineering lifecycle, Aircraft Certification experience

What You'll Do.

Oversee employees performing engineering and technical activities as part of Regulatory Administration – 777X Development Programs

Oversee employee activities associated with securing the amended type certificate for the 777-9 development program

Providing support as needed to the 777-8F

Supports adherence to the ODA procedures manual and associated processes as well as regulatory agency requirements in support of Airplane Program business goals

Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Systems Engineering.

Develops and executes project and process plans

implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches

products and processes.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Interfaces with Integrated Product Teams, Regulatory Administration Functional leadership, 777X Program, Product Development, FAA and EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency).; Partners with Core Engineering on process requirements and implementation.; Collaboration across other Regulatory Administration programs is a regular activity.

Process & Methodology

Develops and executes project and process plans, Sets operational goals
