777 Systems Integration Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a motivated and experienced **777 Systems Integration Manager** to join the 777 Systems organization in **Everett, WA**. **P _osition Overview:_** This leader will be responsible for guiding the execution of systems integration activities in support of 777 program safety, certification, production, and customer commitments. The role will coordinate resources, priorities, and technical integration across teams, suppliers, and program partners while providing day-to-day leadership for a team of engineers and project managers. The selected candidate will partner with Boeing program leadership, engineering leadership, and internal stakeholders to align technical strategy, manage risk, and strengthen systems engineering execution across the organization. _**Position Responsibilities:**_ * Lead a team responsible for systems integration execution, including requirements, architecture, verification, certification, and program support activities * Coordinate priorities, staffing, and technical execution across internal teams, suppliers, and program counterparts * Ensure first-pass quality of systems deliverables and adherence to safety, regulatory, and technical performance requirements * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders * Provide technical oversight, guidance, and approval of integration approaches, products, and processes * Support development and deployment of systems engineering process improvements and best practices * Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and proactive technical oversight * Manage, develop, and motivate employees _**Work Authorization:**_ This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
