Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership., 5+ years of experience in an engineering discipline, Experience in systems integration with systems engineering processes and procedures or aircraft program support
Nice to Have
Experience leading or supporting requirements development, architecture, verification, and/or certification activities, Experience working directly with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams, Experience with 777 or other large commercial airplane programs, Experience in leading, coaching, and developing others, Master's degree in an engineering-related field or business administration (MBA)

777 Systems Integration Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a motivated and experienced **777 Systems Integration Manager** to join the 777 Systems organization in **Everett, WA**. **P _osition Overview:_** This leader will be responsible for guiding the execution of systems integration activities in support of 777 program safety, certification, production, and customer commitments. The role will coordinate resources, priorities, and technical integration across teams, suppliers, and program partners while providing day-to-day leadership for a team of engineers and project managers.
