Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or equivalent, 3+ years of experience root cause analysis and corrective action, 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing summarizing developing conclusions, At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
Nice to Have
5+ years of experience performing statistical analysis, 5+ years of experience working with data visualization, Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through a wide array of approaches, Experience with Engineering and Change Processes, Experience working closely with other engineering disciplines in an integrated team environment

737 Quality Engineering Program Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA**) is seeking a **Quality Engineering Manager (Level K)** to join our **Quality Team** in **Renton, Washington**. BCA Quality Engineering is seeking an individual to help lead our 737 program team. This leader will have the opportunity to be involved in developing and maintaining the quality systems across airplane programs and lead teams in high visibility projects to improve BCA quality execution. They will be reaching across functions to problem solve and work projects throughout the value stream. A strong focus on integration, problem solving, and analytical and/or statistical methods will help drive success in this role.
