Sets up testing apparatus and conducts quality assurance/control tests of raw materials, parts, components, finished items, packaging, equipment and systems. Performs final tests on sub-assemblies or completed units as necessary to ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, and chemical performance. Scope of work may include but is not limited to strength testing, thermal testing, pyrometry and metallurgic testing.
