Shift-based role, including nights, weekends, and holidays, Indoor and outdoor work environments, Potential exposure to weather and industrial conditions, Must be able to wear PPE, Remain on foot for extended periods, May require lifting, bending, and responding to physical incidents

Must Have
Ability to maintain vigilance and situational awareness at all times, multitasking skills, including simultaneous monitoring and communication, Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication, Ability to read and comprehend regulations and procedures, Proficiency in using security systems (CCTV, access control, radios, etc.), Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Nice to Have
Two (2) years of physical security experience, Six (6) months of security experience in a manufacturing environment, One (1) year in law enforcement or the armed forces, Twelve (12) college credits in relevant fields (Security, Law Enforcement, IT, Psychology, etc.) = six (6) months of experience
What You'll Do.
Provide access control at entrances
Challenge unauthorized personnel
Read and understand bills
Process deliveries and shipments
Conduct visual machinery checks
Operate access control gates
Perform basic troubleshooting
Prevent unauthorized access
Control movement of people and vehicles
Conduct interior and exterior patrols
Maintain effective communication
Monitor and administer security devices
Inspect security control logs
Observe and report suspicious activity
Provide investigative support
Handle confidential information
Monitor and verify property removal
Perform other related duties
