At SanMar, the work you do makes a difference. Position: Receiver/Loader. Shift: 10:00PM- 6:30AM. What's the Short Version? A Receiver/Loader is required to unload and load incoming and outgoing trailers by following standard operating procedures (SOP) which may include, sorting, palletizing, and moving product. What Will You Be Doing? • Unload and load product by following standard operating procedures. • May use electric Power Jack to move pallets and/or product as needed. • Ability to work with and keep a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company, job, customers and co-workers. • Meet minimum standards and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines. • Maintain safe, neat and clean work area by adhering to SanMar safety regulations. What Are We Looking For? • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred • Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information • Basic math skills in counting and quantity required • Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require • Ability to work efficiently, with minimal supervision • Ability to work in high-demand, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines • Able to work both independently and within a team • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Comprehends verbal and written instructions • Essential days or overtime may be required • May need to complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification every three years What's Our Offer?
