Must Have
Maintenance Journeyman’s card or equivalent experience, Ability to plan, supervise, and direct all plant maintenance activities, Ability to develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance schedules, Ability to initiate and maintain documentation necessary for proper record keeping, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMMS programs, Electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and robotic background, Proven leadership skills, Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills, Working knowledge of OSHA, National Electric Code, and NFPA, Ability to lift 50 lbs, Ability to work inclement weather conditions

**Maintenance Zone Leader – 3rd Shift** Sunday night-Thursday night: 10pm-6am $36.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift premium totaling $37.00/hour ** _Make Your Mark. You’ll get to: Responsibilities / Authority: * Lead scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities related to plant equipment. * Promote a safe work environment. Resolve or escalate any safety concerns. Stop working if safe conditions are not present. Immediately report any safety incidents. * Effectively communicate with all maintenance personnel across all shifts. This includes explaining jobs, presenting Tier 1 information, entering shift notes, and email communication * Assign jobs to maintenance personnel. Track job progress & prioritize tasks. Reassign associates if necessary. Follow-up regularly throughout a job's progression. * Perform regular Safety, 5S, and workmanship audits. * Assist with repairs, projects, & PM activities. * Maintain regular communication with other department leaders. This includes giving repair status updates, following up & verifying completed work, and scheduling upcoming maintenance activities. * Establish preventative and predictive maintenance methods to reduce unscheduled downtime. * Maintain safety, quality, and production standards following all ISO and company procedures. * Address production concerns and identify opportunities for improvement. * Assist in the selection, qualification, and development/training of Mainte
