You’ll get to: Responsibilities / Authority: * Lead scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities related to plant equipment. * Promote a safe work environment. Resolve or escalate any safety concerns. Stop working if safe conditions are not present. Immediately report any safety incidents. * Effectively communicate with all maintenance personnel across all shifts. This includes explaining jobs, presenting Tier 1 information, entering shift notes, and email communication * Assign jobs to maintenance personnel. Track job progress & prioritize tasks. Reassign associates if necessary. Follow-up regularly throughout a job's progression. * Perform regular Safety, 5S, and workmanship audits. * Assist with repairs, projects, & PM activities. * Maintain regular communication with other department leaders. This includes giving repair status updates, following up & verifying completed work, and scheduling upcoming maintenance activities. * Establish preventative and predictive maintenance methods to reduce unscheduled downtime. * Maintain safety, quality, and production standards following all ISO and company procedures. * Address production concerns and identify opportunities for improvement. * Assist in the selection, qualification, and development/training of Mainte
