High School Graduate or GED, Valid Driver's License, Ability to travel within the service area, Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background, Female Only caregivers, Non Smoker
What You'll Do.
Provide health care services
Perform domestic and household tasks
Transport patients to doctors office
Accompany patients to hospital
Administer simple prescribed medications
Assist with clients personal care activities
Monitor patients vital signs
Monitor patients temperature
Monitor patients respiration
Report on patients condition
Maintain patients care records
Document provided services
Assist patients with mobility
Assist patients with physical therapies
Assist patients with exercises
Instruct patients on diet
Instruct patients on exercise
Counsel patients on diet
Counsel patients on exercise
Instruct families on diet
