Valid driver's license, Sufficient insurance, Reliable vehicle, Ability to work independently, Ability to work as part of a team, Ability to provide personal care, Willingness to obtain MAP certification, Willingness to obtain CPR certification, Willingness to obtain first aid certification, Minimum age of 18
Nice to Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Six months of relevant experience, Experience with individuals with brain injuries, Experience with mental health challenges
What You'll Do.
Communicate respectfully with participants
Assist with personal care
Assist with daily routines
Assist with meal preparation
Support participants in managing finances
Support participants in managing transportation
Facilitate access to community resources
Teach self-advocacy skills
Implement individualized service plans
Complete required documentation
Report incidents promptly
Report emergencies promptly
Report concerns promptly
Maintain scheduling flexibility
Participate in team meetings
Attend required trainings
Support program goals
