This position is based in our satellite production facility in Midland, TX. Position Overview AST SpaceMobile is seeking a Custodian responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the manufacturing facility. This role ensures that production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces are clean, organized, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements. This role supports Full-time, Shift Openings as follows: Base Pay is $20.00 an hour Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p. m. (3x12s). + plus 20% shift differential (4 openings) 3rd What you’ll do: Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and break areas Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors in production and office areas, according to custodial SOP Remove trash and recycling; dispose of waste according to facility procedures Clean machinery exteriors, work surfaces, and equipment (as permitted) Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs Follow safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and PPE use Respond to spills or emergency clean-up situations promptly Support basic housekeeping in production areas to maintain inspection readiness Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks (floors, walls, vents, etc.) Follow all company policies and OSHA safety standards Support facility audits and inspections Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring: Must be authorized to work in the United States High school diploma or GED prefe
