E-Commerce and 3PL management experience is highly desirable
What You'll Do.
Own day-to-day performance of 3PL partners across assigned region
Ensure SLA/KPI adherence (inbound
Hold 3PL partners accountable through regular performance reviews and metrics tracking
Act as primary escalation point for operational issues
Monitor inventory and order processing across iHerb and 3PL partners systems to ensure alignment
Partner with internal teams (Inventory Planning
Ops) to align execution with business needs
Lead labor and space planning with 3PLs to support promotions and peak periods
Conduct site audits to ensure safety
and inventory controls
Liaise with regulatory bodies as needed for regional operations
Identify and implement process improvements across systems and operations

Job Summary: The 3PL Region Manager acts as the high-level "bridge" between iHerb and its external logistics providers across a specific geographic territory, responsible for daily operations and coordination with our partners and internal stakeholders. Heavy operations management experience is required.
