Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field, Experience working with and managing third party vendors, Experience driving improvement programs in the operations, engineering and support fields, Experience in analyzing data to drive decisions, Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Experience in operations management of fulfillment or distribution centers, Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies, Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization, Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, Knowledge of Warehouse Management System Software including Warehouse control systems
