What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience in a 3D game or game art services company, Model, UV Map and Texture characters, Create Characters with zero defects, Follow organizational best practices

Nice to Have

Knowledge of additional software, Knowledge of how to create assets for / export assets to game engines

What You'll Do.

Create outstanding 3D Characters

Create outstanding 3D Creatures

Model character assets

UV Map character assets

Texture character assets

Create art assets as per client’s specifications

Plan work efficiently

Collect relevant information before commencing work

Follow organizational best practices

Follow mandated processes

Create Characters with zero defects

Polish Characters created by junior artists

Take junior artist work to completion

Provide support to the Lead

Work with artists on estimates

Work with artists on work planning

Perform first level reviews of work

Act as the back-up lead

Act as sub-lead on certain cases

Contribute to project success

Help other team members

Act as the Lead on small project

Act as sub-Lead on small project

Scope the project effectively
